Club Membership Application

I hereby apply for election to be a member of the Queanbeyan Golf Club Limited in accordance with Clauses 24 – 27 of the Club Constitution. I agree to be bound by the Club Constitution and By-Laws and pay the the annual subscription and any other fees and charges prescribed by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Club Constitution.
