In accordance with Article 86 of the Company Constitution, notice is hereby given that the Queanbeyan Golf Club’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 26th May 2025 at 6.00pm in the Clubhouse.
In accordance with Articles 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 of the Company Constitution, only financial Full Playing, Life, Elder, Club Active, and Young Adult 18-24 shall be entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting.
Members who wish to attend the Annual General Meeting must be financial members and present their current membership card in order to be admitted.
